Who is responsible

Klantwerf is in preparation. The full legal name, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, registered address and privacy contact will be stated here once the company has been registered.

Business buyers

If you request a proposal through the contact form, we process your company name, name, business email address and, if provided, your phone number, KVK number and requirements. We use these details to respond to your request.

You only receive news and offers by email if you opt in separately. That choice is never required for a quotation and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Enquirers

If you make a project enquiry, we process the details needed to discuss your project by phone. We only call you with your consent.

Your details are only shared with a business after you have seen that business's full name and given separate consent. We do not use a general 'partners' tick box.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. The contact channel for this will be stated here before any enquiries are collected.

Retention

Retention periods will be set before launch. Working assumption: delete unfinished enquiries within 30 days and limit operational data to 90 days after delivery. Consent records and accounting documents follow a separate, justified schedule.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
