Per qualified enquiry
Start with a pilot of 10 enquiries in an agreed sector and region. The price includes acquisition and phone qualification. There is no compulsory ongoing monthly volume.

If 21% Dutch VAT applies: VAT €81.90, total €471.90. The VAT treatment depends on your situation and is determined on the invoice.
No recurring monthly commitment. Price, duration and start date are confirmed in the quotation.
Are advertising costs included?
Acquisition and phone qualification are included in the proposed price per delivered enquiry. Bespoke arrangements are quoted separately.

A studio recording for online channels is a separate product from a confirmed television broadcast. Visibility or media space does not guarantee customers, Google rankings or reach.
Something wrong with an enquiry?
Report incorrect details, a duplicate or a mismatch with the agreed criteria within 7 calendar days. Valid claims receive a replacement or credit after review. Terms are agreed before you start.
Valid reasons
- Incorrect or non-existent contact
- No genuine enquiry
- Outside the agreed service area or criteria
- Duplicate Klantwerf enquiry for the same project and the same buyer within 90 days
Not a valid reason
- The enquirer later changes their mind
- No contract or sale results from the enquiry
Is the enquirer unreachable after delivery? Report it with a short description of your attempts; we review each case individually. As a guideline: three reasonable attempts over two working days, and never continuing after an objection.
A valid report leads to a replacement or a credit, as agreed in advance. Not both. Media bookings follow their own cancellation terms.
