Scope
This draft describes the proposed terms for business buyers. The final terms are sent with your quotation and agreed before the start.
Leads
A qualified enquiry is one where the enquirer has been spoken to by phone about the project and the agreed criteria. Klantwerf supplies the same enquiry to one buyer; the enquirer remains free to contact other providers themselves.
An enquiry is not a guarantee of a contract. Prices exclude VAT and are confirmed per quotation.
Reports about an incorrect enquiry are submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. A valid report leads to a replacement or a credit, as agreed in advance.
You use the details only for the agreed project and do not resell them.
Media
Media formats are confirmed per quotation, including outlet, format, edition or airtime, revisions, online availability, usage rights and available measurement.
A placement is only booked after written confirmation from the outlet. If the outlet does not accept the project, the cancellation terms agreed in advance apply. Any substantial substitution requires your agreement.
The lead reporting policy does not apply to media bookings.
