We have spoken to the applicant about the project, timing and agreed criteria. Stated budgets and measurements remain estimates unless specified otherwise.

What the enquirer states

These details are the enquirer's own indications and are marked as such in the brief.

  • Owners' associations and complex fleets, which need a bespoke quote
  • Projects outside the agreed service area

No. You receive a qualified enquiry. Your business handles the quotation, sale and delivery of the work.

Something wrong with an enquiry?

Report incorrect details, a duplicate or a mismatch with the agreed criteria within 7 calendar days. Valid claims receive a replacement or credit after review. Terms are agreed before you start.

Valid reasons

  • Incorrect or non-existent contact
  • No genuine enquiry
  • Outside the agreed service area or criteria
  • Duplicate Klantwerf enquiry for the same project and the same buyer within 90 days

Not a valid reason

  • The enquirer later changes their mind
  • No contract or sale results from the enquiry

Is the enquirer unreachable after delivery? Report it with a short description of your attempts; we review each case individually. As a guideline: three reasonable attempts over two working days, and never continuing after an objection.

A valid report leads to a replacement or a credit, as agreed in advance. Not both. Media bookings follow their own cancellation terms.
